Stories from the Estate
A collection of stories marking 100 years of the Slough Trading Estate, commissioned by SEGRO and drawn from their archive. The brief was to bring to life the social, cultural and domestic history of the communities who have lived and worked there over the years.
The stories are paired with drawings by Con H. Lomax, who illustrated for the Estate in the 1930s and is fondly remembered for his work on Ladybird Books. The collection was published as a 96-page hardback.
