Beckers Group — communications and brand for a global paint maker


Brought in by a senior communications lead in Germany to help reshape how a multinational manufacturer talks to itself and its external audiences. The client is a recognised European climate leader, with its CEO in regular dialogue with senior policymakers and heads of state on the future of industry.

The work has spanned a new communications platform, a quarterly global-and-local Town Hall cadence, executive briefings, and a shift in how senior leadership talk about what they actually do. Alongside this: contributing to the brand refresh, embedding with the agency team to deepen their internal knowledge, and developing the initial framing — and name — for a flagship sustainability programme. Part writing, part diagnosis, part long conversation about what the company is for.




Utility Aid — strategic communications


Engaged through a longstanding partner in the UK to help Utility Aid — the UK's specialist energy partner for the charity sector — find language equal to the work the team was doing. The work has spanned brand voice, positioning, and campaign development, including the National Charity Tender campaign now shortlisted for Campaign of the Year at The Energy Awards 2026. Utility Aid is also shortlisted in the Trusted Energy Partner category. Mission-driven work at its best: technical credibility, human warmth, and clarity that earns trust.
